Meet Mark.

Founder of Strenuis Consulting Group

Mark is an inspirational and influential leader with proven career success in senior executive, operational and project management positions in a variety of sectors, including private and public sectors.  He has been exposed to complex programs, rapid growth and optimisation projects within small agile start-ups to large multinational billion-dollar organisations spanning a number of countries.

Mark’s main focus is helping clients achieve organisational or operational optimisation generating results of sustainable improvement. Largely, this is achieved by building the capability of people so that outcomes are sustainable. 

Having established his consulting practice in 2001, Mark has worked within a range of industries including resources, ICT vendors, healthcare, construction, transport & logistics, government, consulting and with a recent focus in behavioural science and neuroscience. 

His specialties include strategy, leadership, program and project management, culture change, agile projects, service management, design thinking, human centred design, innovation, and automation.

He also has a passion for economic development, having worked at the QLD Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as serving on numerous economic development boards and chambers of commerce boards.

Mark is a senior management generalist with a “systems brain” - he’s great with people and loves solving problems.
